ImagineRetailer.com is a design, build, manage, and hosting full-service Web Services company. Our products allow independent retailers to have professionally designed and written websites with full ecommerce capabilities. We also provide these businesses with email, SEO, PPC marketing services on a monthly opt-in basis.
In order to properly serve the needs of our clients we employ independent contractors who work exclusively for our company, as well as several fulltime employees to handle and manage the one-on-one customer service with each customer.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unhappy with ImagineRetailer.com for any reason with at least 30 days written notice you can opt out of our agreement and there will be no further billing for services. Imagine Advertising retains ownership of all graphics, product feeds, and programming. Billing will remain active until the IMR theme, graphics, and proprietary data have been successfully removed.
The Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
If IR product feeds or graphics are still being used on your site with another provider other than Imagine Retailer, billing will continue.
Buildout Policy
Imagine Retailer, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the platform, or any other Imagine Retailer service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your Account. Imagine Retailer reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. If your website is deactivated due to non-payment and you want to reactivate it, you must first bring your account up to date. Additionally, there will be an initial setup fee of $500 to rebuild your website.
Because our products are completely online, once our work is completed and sign-off via the proofing process, the information is live on the internet. We quote a lead time of 7-14 days for setting up a new website.
Privacy Statements
